Return & Refund Policy




Inspection Upon Delivery



Customers are required to open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.


Please make sure to check that:


  • The product is correct
  • The product is not damaged
  • The product matches your order



By accepting the order and allowing the courier to leave, the customer confirms that the product was received in good condition and as ordered.





Returns



Once the package has been opened and accepted during delivery and the courier has left, the order will no longer be eligible for return or refund.


Returns will only be accepted if the product is refused during delivery while the courier is still present.





Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it immediately while the courier is present and refuse the delivery.


The courier will return the item to us, and we will arrange:


  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (if applicable)






Refunds



Refunds are only issued for:


  • Orders refused at the time of delivery due to damage or incorrect items
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled or replaced



Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.





Important Notice



Failure to inspect the package during delivery means the customer accepts the order in its delivered condition, and no return or refund requests will be accepted afterward.
