Shipping Policy




Order Processing



All orders placed through Stitch Studio are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.


Because our products are handmade crochet garments, some items may require additional preparation time before shipping.


Customers will be notified once their order has been prepared and is ready for delivery.





Delivery Methods



We currently offer two delivery methods:



Courier Delivery (Bosta)



Most orders are shipped through Bosta, our delivery partner.


Delivery times typically range between 2–5 business days, depending on your location within Egypt.


Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking link or confirmation from the courier service.





Personal Delivery



In some cases, Stitch Studio may arrange personal delivery for orders depending on the delivery location and availability.


If personal delivery is available for your order, our team will contact you to coordinate the delivery details.





Delivery Inspection



Customers are required to inspect their order at the time of delivery while the courier or delivery representative is present.


Please ensure that:


  • The correct item was delivered
  • The product is not damaged
  • The order matches your purchase



Once the package is accepted and the courier or delivery representative leaves, the order is considered successfully delivered and accepted.





Delivery Delays



While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:


  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Unexpected logistical issues



Stitch Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.





Incorrect Shipping Information



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including the correct address and contact number.


If incorrect information is provided, this may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.





Failed Deliveries



If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or unreachable, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the package to us.


Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping orders.
